These film clips are the remnants of a dozen 8mm film reels discovered in the Chelsea time capsule. The majority of the film stock was badly degraded. The footage reveals the citizens of the Factory at work and play, primping before their screen tests and reveling in their own ephemeral celebrity. Golddigger, Helena Handbasket and Tussi are featured, as are the many "worker-bees" that made the Factory hum. The environment is surprisingly affectionate, in contrast to the dispassionate tenor that ultimately became the studio’s hallmark.
